Gingerbread Egg Nog

When I think of egg nog, I think of my husband. He loves egg nog. He will literally start asking if they have it in the stores yet before Thanksgiving is even here. Every year around this time, we break out our Christmas Vacation moose mugs and pour ourselves a little rum and egg nog and then watch the actual Christmas Vacation. I love this tradition.

This year, I thought I would change it up a bit and try out a doctored up egg nog recipe. And it. is. yummmmy. It tastes like egg nog and a gingerbread cookie combined, but better. Plus it just makes you feel all warm inside and your to do list starts to not look so intimidating. Winning all around.
