Peanut Butter Apple "Cookies"
Most of the time the apples in our fruit bowl on our counter each have a tiny bite out of them. This is my life with a toddler.
I’m always trying to think of new treats or fun ways to feed Leah fruits and veggies. This one was a huge hit with Leah and funny enough, a big hit with Dave and myself too. Leah loved the donut/cookie shape and chocolate chips the most and Dave and I enjoyed the peanut butter and apple combo. Because how good are apples and peanut butter. So good!!
These are so easy and fast! A fun little treat to throw together that your kiddos (or spouse, mom, neighbor, friend) will love as well.

Ingredients:
Apples
Peanut Butter
Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Core apples and cut into slices.
Spread your favorite peanut butter over the tops of the apples.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the tops. Enjoy!
