Watermelon Popsicles
Easy and healthy Watermelon Popsicles with only 3 ingredients. Perfect for a sweet treat! My daughter loves these and I feel good about giving her these!
We are totally obsessed with these Watermelon Popsicles in our house right now. Leah has at least 3 per day. I keep having to buy watermelon to keep up with her appetite for these. These are healthy and incredibly easy. Only THREE ingredients!
We grab the Black Diamond Watermelons from our favorite farm that’s not too far from us. Then some lime juice, local honey and….that’s it! Blend it all up and then pour into your popsicle molds. If you need some popsicle molds for home, check these out on Amazon. I love these little guys.
These are such a fun, yummy and healthy treat that I feel good about letting Leah have 3 per day. So incredibly easy too! These are on repeat for us this summer, so good. You gotta try these!

Watermelon Popsicles
Lolo's Desserts| June 2020
- prep time: 15 minutes
- total time: 15 minutes plus freezer time
Servings: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 pound watermelon cubed
juice from one lime
2 Tablespoons local honey
Instructions:
In a blender, add watermelon, lime juice and honey and blend until smooth.
Funnel mixture into popsicle molds and place tops on. Place in the freezer until set and frozen.
Once frozen, release from molds and enjoy!
