Steak with Creamy Blue Cheese and Onion Sauce
This is an easy and delicious sauce you can add to your steak. Filled with charred onions, creamy blue cheese in a rich sauce. It’s a perfect combination!
I am not sure why it has taken me this long to share the recipe for this sauce. It’s my absolute favorite! We get our beef from D & D Beef and truth be told, their steaks are so good that you don’t even need a sauce however, this sauce added with one of their incredible steaks (might I suggest a ribeye) is a whole new level of amazing!
This sauce is super easy and super rich, major vibes of the best steak restaurant you’ve been to. Let me chat with the people who don’t like blue cheese….I don’t either. Gross, ew. I pick it off of salads, it smells. Nope. BUT, it is a must in this sauce and it’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Trust me!
Give this sauce a try next time you make a nice steak. Also, be sure to follow me over @lolosdesserts on Instagram and Facebook.
