Lolo Home Kitchen | July 2021
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On a baking sheet lined with a Silpat, parchment paper or nonstick spray, roll out the pizza dough.
Melt the butter in the microwave, then add the minced garlic and mix until combined.
Brush the garlic butter mix all over the top of the pizza dough.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the top of the dough evenly.
Add the oregano over the cheese.
Tip: Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the pizza dough into rectangle pieces prior to baking the cheesy bread.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melty and starting to turn slightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cut the breadsticks again and serve! So good paired with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
