Tater Tot Skewers
Easy and fun football party food! Pile the tater tots on a skewer and load them up with the good stuff like bacon, cheese and chives. Don’t forget the dipping sauce!
Football food might be some of my favorite. There are no rules, it’s comfort food, it’s messy, it can be complicated or super simple. But it’s always delicious!
These Tater Tot Skewers are so simple but incredibly delicious. Easy to make and will be a big hit at any gathering. Pile them up with bacon, chives and cheese! Don’t forget the ranch dipping sauce!

Tater Tot Skewers

Ingredients:
Bag of frozen Tater Tots
Skewers
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 tablespoon powder ranch seasoning
Dipping Sauce
1 cup sour cream
remaining powder ranch seasoning from the envelope
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a baking sheet, spray nonstick cooking spray. Spread the frozen tater tots onto the baking sheet in an even layer. Cook for about 25 mninutes.
While cooking, mix the sour cream and ranch powder together until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the 1 Tablespoon of ranch seasoning over tots. Let sit for about 5-7 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Then place tater tots on the skewer stick, about 6-7 per stick.
Place tater skewers onto the sheet pan and sprinkle with the cheese and bacon. Place back in the oven for 3-4 minutes until cheese is nice and melty.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chives. Enjoy with the ranch dipping sauce!
