Bean and Cheese Taco Bites

I wasn’t even sure if I should write up a recipe for these because they are so easy. However, I love them so much I just had to share them and all their simple glory. Originally, I wanted to make little bean and cheese chip tacos but that didn’t really turn out how I envisioned. Then I just ate these little bite size all in one nacho and I was hooked. easy for parties so people can pick up and eat. Top with some pico, guac or sour cream (or all of the above) and it’s basically a football party in a bite. Love these!

You gotta try this one! Follow me over on Facebook and Instagram @lolosdesserts. Be sure to snap a pic if you make a Lolo’s recipe and tag it with #lolosdesserts. I love to see what you are making!
