Ingredients:
1 package of Classic Ice Cream Sandwiches
Wilton Melting Chocolates or chocolate chips
Sprinkles, chopped nuts or topping of choice
popsicle or lollipop sticks
Instructions:
Place your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat in increments of 30 seconds and stir after each time. Continue until chocolate is smooth and melted.
Get a sheet pan ready and cover in parchment paper. Cut Ice Cream Sandwiches in half and place the popsicle stick or lollipop stick into the bottom. Then dip half the ice cream sandwich into the chocolate and tap off the excess.
Sprinkle your favorite toppings onto the chocolate and then place onto the parchment paper. Continue until all sandwiches are done and place back into the freezer until set.
Once set, remove from the freezer and enjoy!
